Owner and general manager Dave Crook has over 35 years of experience in the plumbing and sewer industry, David Crook brings a wealth of knowledge, strong leadership, and a commitment to quality to every project. As the Owner and General Manager, he personally oversees operations to ensure each job is completed with professionalism and precision.

David holds an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Plumbing & Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning. He also maintains Master Plumbing Licenses in New York and Ohio, along with both Master and Journeyman Licenses in Kentucky. Having decades of hands-on experience with residential and commercial systems, David has earned a reputation for reliable, high-caliber service.

Originally from Upstate New York, David and his wife relocated to the Cincinnati area in 2009 with their three children. Since then, he has become an active and respected member of the local industry. He currently serves on the Apprenticeship Board of the Cincinnati Master Plumbers Association (CMPA), where he is dedicated to supporting fellow tradespeople and helping educate the next generation of skilled plumbers through mentorship and industry advocacy.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the plumbing industry, our lead technician brings unmatched expertise and dedication to every job. He holds master plumbing licenses in both Ohio and Kentucky and has earned a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship and dependable service throughout southwest Ohio.

A graduate of Clinton Massie High School in Clarksville, he has remained a proud member of the local community. His background includes 12 years of honorable service in the Ohio Army National Guard, including an overseas deployment and multiple storm relief missions across the country—experiences that shaped his strong work ethic, discipline, and commitment to helping others.

Outside of work, he’s a devoted husband and father. His son, Tye, is currently attending Tennessee Tech University, and family remains a driving force in everything he does. Whether he's solving complex plumbing issues or supporting his neighbors, he approaches each day with integrity and a passion for service.
